The American Paint Horse Foundation (APHF) has an exciting, new fundraising project – an APHF Cookbook. Nearly 300 recipes were
gathered from APHA members, directors, executive committee members,
APHF board and committee members and APHA staff. Proceeds from sales
of the cookbook directly benefit the APHF Youth scholarship fund. The
tax-exempt Foundation Youth Scholarship Fund has distributed more
than $440,000 to deserving young horsemen and -women in the past 20
years.
The cookbooks are available through the APHA General Store. The cookbook sells for $20, or
three cookbooks for $55. Shipping is included in the price. Texas
residents should remember to add 8.25 percent sales tax to their order.
