The American Paint Horse Foundation is a tax-exempt foundation as defined under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code. Consult an accountant or attorney to determine your best method of contributing to the Foundation.
The Foundation was created January 1, 2006 by a merger of the American Paint Horse Association’s (APHA) Youth Development Foundation (YDF) and Heritage Foundation (APHHF).
